Eligibility Criteria
- 1️⃣ The applicant must be a Muslim female.
- 2️⃣ The applicant must have completed Grade 7 or above (minimum qualification).
- 3️⃣ The applicant must be able to understand Urdu and preferably write in Urdu or Roman Urdu.
- 4️⃣ The applicant must be at least 13 years of age at the time of admission.

General Admission Policy
- a. The applicant must be a Muslim female.
- b. Students or Guardians shall personally fill out the admission form and will be responsible for the accuracy of all information provided therein. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- c. All admission procedures must be completed within the specified deadlines announced by the Admissions Office in the academic calendar. Al Nafi Institute will not be responsible for incomplete or delayed applications.
- d. Admissions are open only in Term A of the First Year. Admission will be automatically canceled if a student does not enroll in Term A, and the admission fee will be forfeited.
- e. Late applications may be accepted within the first three weeks of the term, subject to management approval. Applications received after the grace period will not be considered.
- f. Applicants are accepted into the course in accordance with the rules, regulations, and eligibility criteria determined by Al Nafi Institute management.
- g. The Institute reserves the right to reject any admission application without providing a reason.
- h. A Student ID will be issued only after the completion of the admission file and verification of all submitted information.
- i. All students must have basic computer and Android phone literacy, including the ability to read and send emails, use browsers, log in to online platforms, fill forms, attempt online exams, and upload/download materials.
- j. Students must also have basic Urdu understanding and reading ability, as lectures, course books, and class discussions will be conducted in Urdu.
- k. The course will be conducted entirely in Urdu, following the traditional Dars-e-Nizami style. However, students from non-Urdu backgrounds who understand Urdu but find reading difficult may write or communicate in Roman Urdu where necessary. Hard or unfamiliar Urdu words may also be explained in Roman Urdu during lectures for better understanding.
- l. The course is exclusively for female students. Applications from male candidates will not be considered.
- m. Applicants with special needs will be assessed by the Al Nafi Institute management to determine eligibility for admission. Acceptance will depend on the outcome of the assessment.
- n. Applicants with a disability that prevents them from attending online lectures will not be eligible for enrollment.
- o. Students shall comply with all rules, academic ethics, and code of conduct prescribed by Al Nafi Institute, including modest behavior and respectful participation in classes and forums.
Resource Requirements
- a. Device & Internet Access: A computer, laptop, tablet, or Android phone with a stable internet connection and a functional camera is required to attend live Zoom classes, access Classplus recordings, view course materials, and complete assignments.
- b. A computer, laptop, tablet, or Android phone is mandatory for attending and participating in classes effectively.
- c. The device must have word processing software for writing assignments and projects.
- d. The device must include an Adobe PDF Reader to view books and study materials, as most are shared in PDF format.
- e. The device must have a good-resolution camera for verification and class participation.
- f. Headphones or earphones with a microphone, AirPods, or Bluetooth headsets are required for clear audio communication during classes.
Additional Recommendations
- Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in live sessions.
- Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of all terms, assignments, and evaluations.
- Students must adhere to the academic calendar and follow submission deadlines for all coursework.
- Modest appearance and respectful communication are expected during all online classes and discussions.
- Students are advised to arrange a quiet, distraction-free study space during live sessions.
Admission & Verification Process
Admission forms are to be filled online through the official Al-Nafi Institute website.
After submitting the form and payment, every applicant will be required to attend a short Zoom verification interview (with camera on).
(This interview is conducted to verify the applicant’s eligibility criteria including age, basic literacy, and sincerity of intent.)
Admission will be confirmed only after successful verification.
Applicants must agree to maintain sincerity, discipline, and academic ethics throughout the course.
