‘Ustazah Aalimah Dr. Arshin Khan (BAMS, CCH, CGO – MUHS Nashik; PGDFC – Cambridge University; Aalimah – Jamiyah Arabia Islahul Banat, Dhule) is the Founder and Academic Head of Al-Nafi Institute, an online global Islamic education platform established under the spiritual guidance of Hazrat Maulana Khalilur Rahman Sajjad Nomani (db).
She completed her five-year Aalimiyyah program (based on the Darul Uloom Deoband syllabus) from Jamiyah Arabia Islahul Banat, Dhule (Maharashtra) alongside her medical studies, Alhamdulillah. She holds Ijazat-e-Hadith (Authorization in Hadith) from her esteemed teachers: Shaikhul Hadith Hazrat Maulana Abul Aas Ansari Qasmi (رØمه الله عليه) and Shaikhul Hadith Hazrat Maulana Latifur Rahman Qasmi Makki (db), Khalifa of Hazrat Maulana Peer Zulfiqar Ahmad Naqshbandi (db).
Dr. Arshin currently serves as a Muallima-e-Hadith at Jamiyah Arabia Islahul Banat, and as a Resource Faculty & Core Committee Member at the Nomani Institute for Girls, Khanqah-e-Nomaniyah (Neral), under the blessed supervision of Hazrat Maulana Sajjad Nomani Sahab (db).
She is also a Member of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board, Core Committee Member & Mentor at the Bintul Muslim Council, Working Committee Member of the All India Muslim Women Association (AIMWA), and Coordinator for the Islah-e-Muashirah Committee (Women’s Wing) in Dhule. Additionally, she serves as an Admin at the Women’s Social Media Desk of the AIMPLB.
Alongside her Islamic educational responsibilities, she is a Da’iyyah (caller to Islam), Youth Trainer, Counselor, and Consulting Hijamah Therapist & Cosmetologist practicing at Al Nafi Health & Skin Care and Hijamah Center, Dhule.
For over 18 years, she has been teaching Hadith (Abu Dawood Sharif, Nasa’i Sharif), Tafseer, and Akhlaqiyat at Jamiyah Islahul Banat and other onsite halaqahs. For the past three years, she has also been conducting an online Dars-e-Bukhari Sharif attended by hundreds of sisters worldwide.
By the Grace of Allah ﷻ, she has led numerous Da’wah, Islah, and Tarbiyah initiatives across India — especially among Aalimahs, professionals, teachers, and youth. Her online and offline workshops and mentoring programs have deeply impacted participants, Alhamdulillah.
